We accept a limited number of weddings each year to ensure that our couples receive the luxury experience they desire. We recommend booking 12-24 months out from your wedding date.

Yay! We’re so excited that you’ve chosen us to capture your day! Once you’ve decided that you’d like to move forward in the booking process and let us know which package you’ve decided on, here is what to expect leading up to your wedding!
STEP 1.
Sign our contract and pay the 50% deposit to secure your date! (The remaining amount is due by your wedding day)
STEP 2.
Fill out the questionnaire that tells us more about your wedding and what is important to you for your films.
STEP 3.
A few weeks out from your wedding, we will schedule a Zoom call to go over any last minute details.
STEP 4.
It’s your wedding day! Ryan arrives early to set up equipment and capture drone footage so he can be ready to meet your photographer when they arrive.
STEP 5.
Within 8 weeks of your wedding date, we will send you a link to the wedding films that correlate with your package. We offer unlimited edits to your wedding films and will work on them until you are happy!
Yes! While we don’t require a video or phone call before booking, getting to know each other before you book is beneficial for both of us!
Yes! We are based in Virginia, but are willing to travel anywhere! Passport ready!
