Booking Process

FAQ

What is the process if we want to book you?

STEP 1. Sign our contract and pay the 30% deposit to secure your date!
STEP 2. Fill out the questionnaire that tells us more about your wedding and what is important to you for your films.
STEP 3. A few weeks out from your wedding, we will schedule a Zoom call to go over any last minute details.
STEP 4. It's your wedding day! Ryan arrives early to set up equipment and capture drone footage so he can be ready to meet your photographer when they arrive.
STEP 5. Within 4 weeks of your wedding date, we will send you a link to the wedding films that correlate with your package, as well as an invoice for the remaining 70% due within 15 days. We offer unlimited edits to your wedding films and will work on them until you are happy!

We are located in Lynchburg, Virginia, but we serve all of Virginia, the East Coast, and beyond. Do you outsource your filming or editing?

No! With Ryan Feister Films, Ryan will be the one filming your wedding as well as editing your wedding films. Many couples are unaware that it is common for companies to outsource to local videographers and outsource editing to cut costs.

Do you really get us our films in 4 weeks?

Yes! We have never missed our 4 week deadline. This is our full-time job and we take our deadlines very seriously!

How do you choose the music for my short film?

When you book, we will send you a questionnaire that gives you the the option the choose from our curated list of royalty free music for your Short Film. We are also happy to choose the music that think best fits with your wedding if you prefer.

Ryan has been a full-time videographer, photographer, and editor since 2017. His work has taken him around the US and to over 20 countries as a videographer and photographer. He is a husband, and father to two sweet little girls.
